I am a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.
I am passionate about exercise and teaching people how they can get fit in the comfort of their home instead of spending time at a gym.
I am a busy mom of 3 young girls and have used a stability ball, free weights, and my own body weight to sculpt my body from a nice size 10 into a lean and strong size 4.
I don't have hours of free time to spend exercising but I do make time each day to tone the muscles in my body so I can feel confident and look great in my clothes.
My philosophy is simple and you don't need to get overwhelmed by fancy equipment, trendy exercise clothes, or joining expensive gyms to have the strong confident body you have always wanted. I can teach you how to work out in your home using your own body weight to work the muscles in your body each day to achieve the results you are looking for. My enthusiasm and passion for helping you achieve your goals is why I am a successful. Variety is key to having fun and achieving results so I always design different programs each time we workout so you learn new exercises and never get bored or let your body plateau.
